RottenCloud is a US-registered software studio founded in 2018 and headquartered in Miami, Florida. We design, code and host websites, iOS and Android apps, AI automations and assistants, and custom software, and we run all of it for you on a single monthly subscription.

Yes, and an app is included in every plan — not sold as a separate project. We build it, register the developer accounts in your name, prepare the icons, screenshots and store listings, take it through Apple and Google review, and ship every update for you. Because the same team builds your website and your app, the two stay in sync instead of drifting apart. On the Custom Software plan the app is fully native, built from scratch around what you actually need.

Three things, and we usually start with whichever is bleeding you the most. First, an assistant on your site, on WhatsApp and inside your app that answers customers from your own catalogue, prices and policies at 3am, qualifies the lead and books the meeting. Second, automations for the repetitive work: reading incoming documents, producing quotes and invoices, routing leads, generating the reports someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. Third, AI features inside the product itself — search that understands the question, summaries, classification, recommendations, transcription, voice agents that pick up the phone.

It is included. Every plan ships with an assistant trained on your content, and we keep it tuned as your business changes — the higher plans add WhatsApp, automations and a sales agent that books meetings. The model usage that comes with normal traffic is covered by your plan; if you run something genuinely heavy, like processing tens of thousands of documents a month, we tell you before it happens and pass the model cost through at what it costs us. No surprise invoice at the end of the month.

Whichever one fits the job and the budget, and we are not locked to a single vendor. A cheap fast model handles classification and routing; a stronger one handles reasoning, drafting and anything customer-facing. We choose per task rather than paying premium rates for work that does not need it, and because we own the integration we can switch models when a better or cheaper one appears without you having to migrate anything.

Yes. We run our own dedicated servers, so we host your domain and your whole site end to end. There is no third-party host to deal with — domain, DNS, SSL, code and database all sit with us.

On our own servers in Miami, Frankfurt or Singapore, depending on where your users are and where you need the data to live. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with anyone.

Every day. We take automatic backups once a day and keep them off-box, so your site and its data can always be restored. Uptime monitoring runs around the clock on every plan.

Every plan has a six-month minimum. You can pay monthly, every six months or every twelve months — longer terms are billed up front and cost less per month. After the minimum term you can cancel anytime, and we will help you move your software wherever you need it.

Because a website and an app that nobody maintains become a liability within a year. The subscription covers the design and the build, but also the hosting, the domain, the SSL, the daily backups, the security patching, the monitoring, every app-store release and a team that makes your changes for you. Bought separately, that is an agency retainer plus a mobile studio plus a hosting bill plus a developer on call — usually several times the price of a plan, and you still have to coordinate all four.

Yes, a one-time setup fee charged once at your first payment, on top of your plan: $497 for Launch, $697 for Care +, $997 for Full System, $1,497 for Managed+ and $2,497 for Custom Software. After that you only pay your normal subscription.

After a full year of active subscription, the source code is yours, for free. Once your first twelve months are complete, whenever your subscription ends we hand over the complete source code so you can take your software with you. No extra cost, no exit fee.
